Thermoforming

Product Description:

Thermoforming is performed on Wagner transfer presses. The starting material for thermoforming is circular steel. Thermoforming is performed within 3 operations - stamping, pre-punching and punching of the forging. Forging weights range from 0.1 to 15 kg.

Other information:

Thermoforming provides excellent mechanical properties of the product. Forgings after thermoforming are mainly of a rotary shape with a cut central hole, or without it. The advantages of forming are the high productivity, high utilization of material and very good dimensional accuracy of products.
